What’s for breakfast, bitches?

Bitches. At least that’s what it sounds like Le Le is telling us in this absolutely amazing video that they’ve got out (thanks to New Kidz On The Blog for pointing it out).

Then listen to this Elroy Vanderlay remix of a different track by Le Le (courtesy of Palms Out Sounds) and find what they’ve got on iTunes.

Medical Madness/Surgical Sounds

May 26th, 2008 by admin

A few weeks ago we had a Medical Themed party, The St. Beatrice Memorial Hospital Annual Gala.

Everyone came dressed appropriately medical. There were doctors, patients, a lifeguard and the sexiest stab-wound victim that you’ve ever seen. It was fucking wicked.

We set up a muxtape playlist for the party, but it doesn’t work anymore so instead check out this track by Pnau. It’s called Shock To My System, and seemed to fit with the party theme.

While you’re listening, check out their MySpace page (people still have those?) and see if they’ve got anything to buy on iTunes. Their video for Wild Strawberries is also pretty wacky.

And while we’re on this topic, check out Lucid TV. It’s an online comic about doctors and you’ll love it.

Welcome to Nineteen Ninety Never

We’re just a couple of guys from Canada’s Golden Horseshoe area and we’re going to be posting some wicked music here over the next few months. If you like electro remixes and club bangers, then this is the place for you.

We’ll also probably have some sweet pictures every now and then just to keep things interesting.

If you’ve got any questions, email [email protected].

Otherwise, subscribe to our RSS feed to start getting the good stuff.

Who’s that girl?

May 13th, 2008 by Ultimate Cowboy

Since we’re now a couple of posts deep here at Nineteen Ninety Never I guess its finally time to introduce the site’s icon: Ayumi Hamasaki. She’s one of those insanely popular J-pop girls so photoshopping one of her pictures to make her look like the undead seemed somehow fitting.

And we can’t talk about her without sharing one of her songs. I have no idea where I got it, but here is Ayumi Hamasaki’s Grateful Days (Para One Remix):

Crystal Castles All Night Long

May 12th, 2008 by Ultimate Cowboy

After months of winter darkness I finally received the Crystal Castles album in the mail. It had all the electronic madness that I’ve come to expect from the tracks available online, plus a few that I haven’t heard yet.

One of my favorite tracks off the album is Untrust Us. So spooky, so electro, so fucking wicked.

Bodyrox and Luciana

May 5th, 2008 by Ultimate Cowboy

I’d never really heard of these guys until my friend showed me the video for their track “Yeah Yeah” and I was blown away. What is it about the music scene in Australia that keeps pumping out wicked tracks like this?

Listen to Bodyrox featuring Luciana - “Yeah Yeah” below or download that shit here or buy it on iTunes here.

For more of their stuff, check out The Hype Machine.
